Card it. Attest it. Post it.
From the first tee to GHIN: scorecards that work offline, markers that attest, adjustments that stay auditable, and handicap indexes that sync with the governing body your members actually play under.
What's in the box.
Rounds from anywhere
Create from a booking automatically, or start manually from the mobile app. Walked, ridden, qualifying, tournament — all tracked.
Hole-by-hole scoring
Last-write-wins score entry, per-hole stats, putts, fairways, GIR, and penalty strokes captured as you go.
Offline sync
The mobile app caches the whole course. Score a round with no bars, sync when you're back in range.
Marker attestation
Player requests, marker reviews, signs the card — and the scorecard locks from further edits.
Post-attestation adjustments
Staff-only. Adjustments recorded as a separate audit trail; the original attested card is never overwritten.
WHS course handicap
Course handicap calculation per tee set, with slope, rating, and par factored into the live computation.
GHIN & Golf Canada sync
Per-tenant credentials, fetch golfer data and score records, post attested scores to the governing body with retry logic.
Counting scores
Last 20 scores displayed, best 8 highlighted, record history navigable, handicap index refreshed on schedule.
A closer look.
Integrity built in
Scorecard attestation creates a cryptographic line: before attestation, freely editable; after, adjustments only via auditable staff action. Every correction is traceable. The record your handicap committee reviews is the record your member signed.
The offline case, solved
Members score where they play — in river valleys, pine forests, and coastal bluffs where cell service is a rumor. The mobile app pre-caches the course and queues everything locally. When signal returns, the sync is seamless, and the round appears on the clubhouse screen without anyone lifting a finger.
One platform.
Every department.
